1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (under 18 with parental consent), legally competent to enter this agreement, and accept all Terms herein, including any future updates. You must immediately stop using the Services if you do not agree.

2. Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, devices, and subscription keys. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

• Notify RoWave immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
• RoWave may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts for violations, suspicious activity, or security concerns.
• Providing false information may result in account termination and a permanent ban from Services.
• Accounts may be blocked by IP address, device, or email to prevent further unauthorized access.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

RoWave grants a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Services for personal purposes only. Prohibited actions include:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works of any RoWave content or software.
• Using Services for commercial gain or for third-party benefit.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code.
• Automated access using bots, scrapers, or APIs without explicit consent.
• Impersonating other users, misrepresenting affiliations, or posting false information.
• Uploading malware, viruses, spyware, or other harmful code.
• Circumventing security, usage, or geo-restrictions.
• Any conduct that violates UK law or international law.
• Permitting third parties to engage in any of the above activities.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Certain Services require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are clearly described at the time of subscription.

• Trial memberships are limited to 7 days (unless otherwise specified) and are non-commercial evaluation only.
• Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each term. Users will receive notice 7 days prior to renewal.
• You may cancel at any time via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• High-risk transactions may require identity verification (photo ID and proof of payment).
• RoWave may adjust fees, add new charges, or limit quantities with at least 10 days’ notice.
• All payments are subject to applicable UK VAT where required.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

UK consumers have statutory rights. You may cancel within 14 days of subscription for digital services unless download/use has commenced with consent. Refunds are otherwise discretionary.

• To cancel, visit your account or contact support.
• Access remains until the end of the paid period unless suspended or terminated for violations.
• No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless required by law.

6. Termination and Suspension

RoWave may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, illegal activity, or security breaches. Upon termination:

• All access to Services ceases immediately.
• Accounts, subscriptions, and user content may be deleted permanently.
• Paid fees are generally non-refundable, except where UK law mandates otherwise.
• RoWave reserves the right to block re-registration using the same details or IP.

7. Intellectual Property and Feedback

All intellectual property in RoWave software, content, and branding remains RoWave’s property. Any feedback you provide is voluntarily assigned to RoWave, which may use it without compensation or limitation.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

RoWave processes personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your rights include:

• Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data.
• Withdrawal of consent to processing where applicable.
• Complaints to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

9. Prohibited Conduct

Examples of prohibited use:

• Illegal activity or solicitation for illegal acts.
• Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abuse.
• Uploading viruses, malware, or malicious code.
• Spam, phishing, scraping, or automated exploitation.
• Obscene, offensive, or immoral content.
• Interfering with RoWave or third-party systems.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” RoWave does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, RoWave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Consumer statutory rights are preserved.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RoWave, its affiliates, directors, and employees harmless from claims, losses, or costs arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

RoWave is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions, network outages). If the event persists over 60 days, either party may terminate.

14. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party websites. RoWave is not responsible for content, products, or services of third parties. Access is at your own risk.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of **England and Wales**. Disputes are resolved in courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer law dictates otherwise.

16. Changes to Terms

RoWave may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Users are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically. Substantive changes will be notified via email or website notice at least 7 days in advance.
